After an hour search by the Regional Police explosive disposai unit an ail-clear was announced. The Brief Case is thought to have been planted by the caller of the bomb threat as it contained some garbage. Pa rking metres destroyed Vandals last week destroyed seven parking metres in Bowmanville at the Silver Street parking lot. There was no estimate of damage.
