Sunday, February 2, 1997 found Accessible Design starting the mnonthi off by playing exciting winining hockey. Oshawa Park Selects played a strong game against the Orono teamn in a 90o minute gamie. Kevin Mlartini and Jamie Whitehead sbared goaltending duties, u-ld made great saves f'or their team. Thle night belonged to Nathan Caruana, who must like to have bis number in print, as it is found ten timnes on the scoresheet. In Oronos 6-1 Iead over Oshawa, Nathan Two ViCtôries for National Geraldi Insurance on fire. Geraldi Insurance Minor Tyrkes romped to an easy 12- 0 Wn over Bowmanville on Friday night in Orono. Goalie Jeffery Mulder (2) bad only 2 shots to handle and be stopped tbem both to eam a shutout. The higbligbt of the game was by a hard working Sam Baxter (14) who made a perfect pass to set up an Orono goal. Good work!! Number 29 Nlck Williams played a great gamre in net. Keep up mhe good work Nick! On Sunday. February 2, Orono played against Newcastle to a 7-1 victory. Leafs played a solîd game. Lots of passing and checking. Nick Williams (29) was rockin' in net maklng great saves and covering up those rebounds. Playoffs are just around the corner--keep if up Nick! First goal scored by Ryan Tomas (14). A nice wrap- around unassisted. Third goalby Brandon Ernst (2) was a long shot from the red linfe which found the net was also unassisted. A fast breakaway Caruania scored f'ive times, earning the assist oni Paul Richtefs goal.- Nathan also managed to earri four penal- ties, promotýing comments mbat he'd paid rent on Jite box that night.
