N.F.C. offers a drap- in play group, toy lending and parent resources lîbrary, children's dance and musical theatre classes as well as par- enting workshops and baby- slttlng courses to the com- munity. A volunteer Board of Drectors governs N.F.C. and is dedlcated to raislng the required funds to provide these badly needed services. Donations assist N.F.C., which became a duly regis- tered charity in 1994 and is able to provide tax recelpts if required. User fées are kept as low as possible and no one is turned away due to finan- cial hardshlp. It is critical that our cur- rent fundraiser, a Sulent Auction, is a success in order to deal with rising costs and the growing needs of a rapld- ly expanding local population.
