Wes McMahon wishes to inform inform any Big Band music lovers who have been interested in the "Sweet, Swing and Jazz" program, originating in St. Catharines on Sunday evenings, that this program now comes over St. One Day Workshop on Personal Communication To Be Held Sat., Apr. 30 By Donna Fairey An expert in the field of personal communication will be the main attraction at a one day workshop sponsored by the Bowmanville Memorial Hospital on Saturday, April 30th at the Flying Dutchman Motel. The seminar's guest speaker speaker will be Dennis K. Chong, an author, medical doctor and lecturer specializing in teaching teaching people how to improve their skills of communication. Objectives of the workshop include instructing participants participants how to better understand understand others by first understanding understanding themselves. Dr. Chong will also expound upon the methods of establishing a results oriented life. The doctor, who is noted for his ability to command the attention of an audience, frequently frequently uses hypnotism in his seminars to demonstrate the scope of communication. He will be joined by his wife, Jennifer Chong, a registered nurse who often co-lectures with her husband. Mrs. Chong has completed extensive post graduate training at the University of Toronto and the University of Santa Cruz, California. California. The workshop begins at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 5:00 p.m. Lunch is included in the $20 registration fee.
