With over 400 competitors qualifying from five provincial regions Christopher is a member of the Rossland Park Judo Club in Oshawa. He is instructed by Arthur Mark Dent. The next competition for Christopher will be the American/Canadian Challenge later this month in Amherst, New York and the United States Junior Nationals this July in Decatur, Illinois. Tenants Seek Emergency Parking Zone An emergency parking zone at the front of the Veltri Building, Building, in Bowmanville, has been requested by the chairman of the tenants' association. In a letter to council, George Walton, chairman of the group, pointed out the need for the parking spaces for emergency emergency vehicles. He noted that it is impossible impossible to find a suitable space in front of the building for ambulance ambulance service or for loading or unloading furniture. In a letter to town council this week, the Newcastle Lakers announced announced that six teams from various parts of Ontario will be competing competing in a Labor Day tournament tournament this September.
