She is a member of the Country Lanes Golf Club west of Oshawa. A total of 61 women participated in the tournament and 12 clubs were represented. Mrs. Shearer is shown above, right, with the Ron Hooper ladies low net trophy which was presented by Lil Hooper. The winner of the Bowmanville Country Club's annual ladies invitational tournament last Tuesday was Nancy McConnell of Whitevale. She is shown above, right, with the Walter Frank Real Estate Trophy for low gross score. The presentation was made by Bowmanville Country Club's ladies president Anna Strike. Dip chops in beaten egg and coat with cereal mixture. In a large fry- ' ing pan cook in oil over a medium to low heat until chops are done, turning once.
