Another euchre card party No Complaints Over GO-ALRT Corridor Elected officials at the regional regional level have indicated that they have no complaints complaints over the alignment of the proposed GO-ALRT rail corridor. The overall alignment of the new' rapid transit system system as well as the location of a half a dozen stations between between Oshawa and Pickering Pickering were approved by regional regional council at a meeting in Whitby last week. The two stations closest to the Town of Newcastle would be at Harmony Rd., in Oshawa, near the Holiday Holiday Inn, and. at Stevenson Rd., near the Oshawa Shopping Shopping Centre. The easternmost easternmost station would have parking for 1200 cars. ' The alignment of the new rail system would generally run parallel to Highway 401. will be held in the Hall on December 2nd.
