"There is not one piece of this development development which will cost neighbours, neighbours, the Town of Newcastle, or the Durham Region five cents," said Elmer Pollard during a meeting meeting with the general purpose and administration committee on Monday. But, he has asked that the town grant approval to the remainder of his plan.
