West Durham District Elects New 1984-85 Scout Council On June 13, 1984, West Durham District Scout Council held its Annual General Meeting. The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m. Community Care volunteers had a busy weekend with their gigantic yard sale at the Rickard farm. Many items were snatched up quickly by anxious buyers.
