The maid of honour was Miss Yvonne Kobes, and the bridesmaids were Mrs. Jennifer Vanderkooi, sister- in-law of the bride, and Mrs. Lori Shaw. They were gowned alike in plum coloured gowns. Tara Rekker, flower girl, sister of the bride wore a white, formal gown with plum sash. They wore identical gowns of royal blue taffeta. Best man was Vaughn Shaw, brother of the groom, Oshawa, Doug White, Bryan White, both of Bowmanville, brothers of the bride, Pete, Troy and Darren Shaw, all- from Oshawa, brothers of the groom.
