Carter Scholarship Winners Four staff members from the Northumberland Northumberland and Newcastle Board of Education were honored last week for an outstanding effort effort in helping schools celebrate the Ontario bicentennial. The construction of a 62-metre tile mural at the Bowmanville Library Library and the publishing publishing of an anthology of student poetry were two examples of bicentennial bicentennial activities from last year.
