Flooring's Jason Frayne got his first goal, of the season in A and R's 5-1 victory over Skylight Donuts Dec. 6th. The whole team was up for the game and enjoyed themselves thoroughly. We had exceptional efforts from Chris Steele who is only inches away from breaking loose and scoring a basket full of goals. Two way play by Jeff Finney helped the team immensely and his hard work paid off as he bagged the last goal of the game. Brian Ball played well also, just allowing the one goal in his net. Chris Pot had another good game, scoring three goals while Nikki Defreitas played strong defensively, earning an assist. Chris Steele had an assist also. The long goal for Skylight was scored by Brent Stockman. The game was fast paced and entertaining with quite a noisy crowd in attendance. Call 623-5577 for Flowers As of January 1,1987, most residents of Ontario between the ages of 18 and 64 will require a licence to fish in the province. The licences will be available from a network of more than 3,000 vendors across the province, and will cost $10 for the year, or $5 for any four consecutive days. The licences are expected to produce as much as $9-miliion in their first year of sale. The revenue will be used to benefit fishermen throughout the province. This $9-million is in addition to more than $30-million ;the province already spends on our fisheries, and it will allow us to enhance ministry programs to protect, maintain arid rebuild this resource. : Ontario is the last province in Canada to institute some sort of fishing licence -for residents. In British Columbia, a fishing licence costs $13, while in Quebec the price is $21. some ofthe Chirstmas wreaths are (from left) Brenda The art of creating attractive Christmas decora- Holmes, Marilyn Skinner, Nancy Clements, and Détiens Détiens was the subject of a recent Coffee Plus meeting bbie Willoughby. a,t the Liberty Pentecostal church.
