The Toros won the tournament with an undefeated record of five wins and took the championship after defeating South London. The tournament was held during the spring break. Congratulations! EXECUTIVE -- The Bowmanville Figure Skating Club held their annual meeting on Thursday, March 19, however due to poor response the 1987/88 executive was not chosen. The Club will be holding another meeting tonight (Wednesday, March 25),. at the Bowmanville Bowmanville Arena at 6:00 p.m., in hopes of electing their executive. Paid made no mistake and slid the puck past the goalie, adding one to the team's nine goal performance performance on Saturday. The Midgets ended the series series in overtime on Sunday with a 5-4 win. They now are waiting to play either Woolwich of Leamington Leamington in the All Ontario Final series. On Thursday with some very strong checking and some great goaltending, the 401 Esso boys came away with a 6-1 win over Lange's Photo Lab.
