Lucy keeps busy making picture books Obituary Clifford Frederick Pethick Friendly, popular, and highly respected Clifford Frederick Pethick, died in Oshawa General Hospital, on Thursday, October 1, 1987 in his 71st year. He had been ill one year. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Sheldon Pethick, he was bom in Newtonville and educated at Enniskillen. On June 27, 1942, he married Stella Strutt. A resident at 139 Scugog Scugog Street, Bowmanville for for medical office waiting rooms, using greeting cards and interesting puzzles given to her by friends, and she also enjoys reading and word puzzle books. Sunday evening supper guests of Helen and Gabriel Kovacs was Helen's aunt, Mrs. Allie Mitchell, Toronto, Toronto, and Clarence and Ruth Mitchell, Markham. Ethel and Stan Goble, Tyrone, and Mrs. Ron Fletcher, London, England, were recent guests of Helen and Gabriel Kovacs. Tyrone 4H Club by Press Reporter Tom Benschop Our third meeting of the Tyrone 4H Club was held at our leader's home, at Mrs. Pleasance's. After reciting the 4H Pledge, we answered the roll call, "Name your favourite Ontario fruit". Then we all went to work trying to name our club. We finally ended up with the name "Tyrone Vegetarians".
