ItS i ui: As a part of Animal Health Week (October 12-17), the Durham Veterinary Clin-' ic helped to take a bite out of the Newcastle Library's costs by giving them a ' cheque for $100 to buy animal related books for the library's collection. The James Gordon s Children's Show came to Newcastle Public Library on Sat- urday, October 24. The fun-filled show offered lots of clapping, singing, and a good time for all. The theme for the morning was "trust", and the lay reader for the responsive psalm was John Sedgwick.
