This year has been designated designated as the year of the Training Training by the Girl Guides Association. Association. Many of our leaders will be attending a training weekend in February at one of our provincial camps called Gamp Adelaide. Our guests included the new town mayor, Marie Hubbard. Hubbard. She is truly an inspiration inspiration to the women of Bowmanville. Bowmanville. Being in Guiding at one time herself, she can relate to the importance and the difficulties that the leaders leaders must face today. Much of the knowledge that was learned in her Guiding years is still remembered today. After the dinner, entertainment entertainment was provided.
