The organist was Mr. Corey Kuipers. The bride's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Shantz, and the groom's Mr.and Mrs. Orval Hogg, all from Bowmanville. Given in marriage by her parents the bride was radiant radiant in a formal gown of white satin and chiffon which was form fitted. The bodice was accented with Guipure appliques of daisies and roses inlaid with sequins and pearls.
