Christmas and Easter weather seems reversed. However, a pair of robins running over the snow early Monday morning, gave us hope that spring will return. On Friday, Mrs. Kathleen Powell enjoyed a Fun Bus trip to Stounville where dinner dinner and the Carlton Show Band were enjoyed at Deer Park Inn. Last Tuesday, Mr. and Mrs. George Buckley visited Mr. and Mrs. Charles Buck- ley, Willowdale. Newtonville United Church is presenting a dinner dinner theatre evening at the church on Saturday, April 8, 1989 at 6:30 p.m. Sweet Adelines and Barbershop Quartet will provide singing.
