Lisa's speech on the subject of "Recycling" won the school's speech competition recently. In view of her interest in this subject, the environment committee invited her to their March 14 meeting where she also presented her speech to the committee. With Lisa are Janet Mayer, a member of the Port Granby/Newcastle Environment Committee and John Veldhuis, the committee chairman.
