The pair skated in the Junior Bronze Mixed Dance event held in Oakville and after they had won their gold medal,_ went on to compete in the All-Ontario championships in Grimsby where they won a silver medal on Saturday. Mark is 11 years old and Melissa is 10. They are coached by Mark's mother, Sue Bradshaw. Bradshaw. On April 8th, they will be performing in Orono Figure Skating Club's 40th anniversary Carnival. All-Canadians Tie Playoff Game 1-1 When ever V&G and All Canadian Novices meet for a game, excitement fills the air, and Thursday was no exception, as each team picked up one point in playoff action, with a 1-1 tie. The All Canadian boys were fired up right from the whistle and on the first shift of the game, Brad Chapman did the honors by slipping one by the V&G goalie to take a 1-0 lead. From this point on the Canadians poured it on, only to run head on into some hot goal tending by Ryan Turcotte. Turcotte. Ryan stoned sharpshooters sharpshooters Chris Watson and Robbie MacChayne as both Canadian boys were in on breakaways, and could not get the puck in the net.
