There were many friends who attended the afternoon festivities and enjoyed a walk down memory lane. That same evening there was a sit down dinner for 75 at the Bowmanville Legion. This time, Babe and Wilf were surprised as their daughters had organized this part of the day. Hosting this evening were Nancy Bryans, Virginia Virginia Fairey, Barb Hanc, Wendy Killens, and Debbie Stinson. The hall was nicely decorated decorated in peach and there were many plaques on display display from the various government government representatives.
