Jane read a letter from Mrs. Jean Gorill (nee Malette) of Lindsay telling of the accident accident their son Chris was in on August 12th last and of his ordeal and progress. Jane moved and Jackie seconded seconded to give a sum of money money to the Trust Fund which has been set up. Catering was discussed with Jane helping at one May catering and Jackie voted no. Mrs. Janice Scott of Enfield Enfield was introduced, she works in the Administration of COPE program of Durham Durham Region Community Care Association. She spoke of the workshop course of 8 weeks - which teaches volunteers volunteers in ways to help on a one to one basis for people to change their'lines, who find themselves with problems - loneliness, bereavement, retirement retirement for someone who has always been work related. related.
