The Colgate Red Raiders finished the 1991 season with a 4-8 record and were 2-3 in the inaugural season of Patriot League competition. deBlois played in nine games, joining the team after the hockey season. He scored one goal and was credited with 50 ground balls which is the third highest on the team. He has earned two varsity letters in hockey. CONAHAN AT NATIONALS Bowmanville's Alisha Conahan was a member of the gold medal winning team at the National Gymnastics Championships Championships in Saskatoon on Victoria Day Weekend. In individual competition, she placed 11th out of 52, with scores all above 9.00. Her routines were so technically sound, that her coach, Jeff Soroksky, received received an award for her flawless routines. She is currently- back in training at the Gemini Club in Whitby, hoping to compete at a World Meet at the Hoosier Dome in Indianapolis this September. VANDERENDE ATTENDS CAMP - Bowmanville's Bowmanville's Chad Vanderende received a surprise telephone telephone call on Friday evening, asking him to attend the Provincial Under 17 Development Hockey Gamp that was being held at the University of Western Ontario in London the next morning. Amanda Wilson Legion Orioles At 6-1 Season The Branch 178 Legion Orioles came away with three convincing wins this past week to run their season season record to 6-1. In Tuesday,' game, the Orioles clobbered the Port Hope team 28-0 on a two hit, eight strikeout performance performance by Bryan Landry.
