Although Mr. Naylor retired in 1980, recent changes to the Ontario Fire Marshal's award regulations have made him eligible to receive the service bar. It will accompany a provincial medal he was awarded in previous years. Fire station personnel were on hand to congratulate the 79-year-old retiree at last week's ceremony. The 1st Hampton Cubs slept in cabins at Camp Samac in Oshawa. The boys enjoyed tobogganing and other outdoor activities.
