However, the players and their ' fans knew it was only a matter of time before the losing streak was to be broken, since they had been demonstrating demonstrating improved passing and skating in each successive game. Second Win For En- Pro En-Pro Associate Major Peewee Toros came up with the second win of the season, beating Pickering 6-3. The Markham team were looking to avenge their defeat a few days earlier, earlier, when the Toros had,.beaten them by a score of 3-2. Markham came out strong from the opening face-off and the Toros found themselves trapped in their own end for long periods of time. The pressure finally paid off, with two goals within 20 seconds. However, Orillia evened the score before the period ended. The Toros put the game away in the second second period when Chris Cappuccitti, Nick Hand, Ryan Dunnigan and Derek Derek Lange scored to make it 5-1 going into the third. Orillia scored to start the period, but Lange, stepping out of the penalty box, picked up the loose puck and restored restored the four-goal lead with an unas sisted goal.
