Those who collect reproduction dolls, originals, or miniatures and bears will be there. They come to admire admire the creativity, the workshop, and the fantastic costumes of period dolls. Some come to buy clothes for the dolls they have. Others just come to look, but it's almost impossible to leave without buying something that has mega appeal. Doll makers come to buy doll parts, pates, scrcwglcs and all sorts of specialized needs that can only be found in the city or at a good doll show such as that put on every year by the Quinlc-Hastings Doll Club. Members of the club from as far afield as Kingston and Bancroft meet once a month. Earth Keepers Day Camp Only Three Weeks Left at Conservation Area Hurry, as there arc only a few spaces left for your child to enjoy the Earth Keepers Environmental Day Camp at Enniskillen Conservation Area. The Conservation Authority is hosting a camp for children between the ages of 6 and 13. The day camp runs on a weekly basis with spaces still available for the weeks of July I I I 25, August 1 and 8 with bus pick up locations in Whitby, Oshawa and Bowmanville. The camp operates daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. The camp will focus on an environmental environmental theme.
