Q-107 Hosts House Draw This Sunday As many as 5,000 people are expected expected to show up at the Aspen Springs housing development in Bowmanville on Sunday (Nov. 6) to see the lucky winner of a brand new house that's been fully furnished and equipped. Five hundred of those people will have a special key - but only the one key that opens the front door of the house will be the winner. It's a brand new three-bedroom two-storey house , with 1634 sq. ft. and has familiarly been called The House that Jake Built, after Q107 radio personality Jake Edwards. The radio station has been broadcasting every day from thé new home, and more than 30,000 have already gone through the home. At Thanksgiving, more than 3,500 pounds of food was raised for food banks. At 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, the first of the 500 will begin trying their key in the new home.
