April is petting "Foxy," while Lions Club volunteer Jim Goombcs holds the dog. Students at Dr. Tilley were told how dogs arc trained at aLions International facility in Oakville for roles as guide dogs to the blind and helpers of people who arc physically physically disabled or hearing impaired. Many of these students came home with regional awards. These events arc only a few of the many activities recently enjoyed by The Pines students.
