The bear was offered as first prize at the BIA teddy bear clinic held during the Midnight Madness sale in Bowmanville Friday night. BALLOONS FOR ALL -- The Downtown Clown was handing out balloons, complete with prizes and discount coupons throughout the evening. The only requirement was that those receiving balloons had to be wearing their pyjamas. Here, Christina and Matthew Joseph select their balloons. •• • • mgr, AND THE WINNER IS -- Brenda Anderson accepts her $100 in BIA Madness Money in the Early Bird Draw on Friday night. Later in the evening, Nancy Dalrymple won the same prize in the 11 th Hour Draw. Nicole Pomfret's name was drawn for another draw for $100 in BIA money. That prize was picked from among some of the downtown shoppers who received balloons Friday night. "" " . f? CLOWNING AROUND -- The "Madness Man" and Jimbo the Clown arc two of the regulars at the Midnight Madness event. The "Madness Man" was handing out free tickets on a draw for $100 in DBIA "money" and Jimbo was entertaining young and old with his magic tricks. It was all part of the BIA's annual Midnight Madness Event last Friday, August 14th, in downtown Bowmanville. OFF AND RUNNING -- The bed-racing team from Hanc's Too was awarded first prize in the first-ever DBIA bed race held in conjunction with the Midnight Madness Sale.
