On Tuesday evening, December 15, at Newcastle Public School, about forty seniors enjoyed turkey dinner and trimmings served by eight grade six students and their teacher Mr. Don Smith. Mr. Jack, grade five teacher, also assisted. During the day the six hundred school children had feasted on the turkey, potatoes, dressing, cole slaw, carrot sticks, cranberry cranberry sauce, pic and icecream. icecream. Congratulations also to Terry Plesovnig who won the Stedman's prize - a gift basket. St. George's News On the Fourth Sunday of Advent at St. George's Anglican Church, the flowers at the altar were given by Dick and Lynn Lovekin in memory of deceased family members. The Carols and Lessons Service on Sunday night was well attended by both St. Saviour's Orono and St. George's members. Anthems were sung by both Junior and Senior Choirs under the direction of Kathy Cureatz. On Christmas Eve there will be a service at 4:30 p.m. and also one at 11 p.m. Christmas Day Service is Holy Communion at eleven a.m. Padre and Marion Saunders wish the coriimu- nity Season's Greetings and Happy New Year.
