If Iraq is successfully embargoed and prevented from trading in oil, its one real valued commodity, how is that Saddam Hussein became such a military threat between the last war and this one? You can be assured that Mr. Hussein still gets three square meals a day and is well taken care of. Therefore, if they possess such things, they likely were purchased from a developed military power. No one seems to take much responsibility for that cither. The American people are sadly unconcerned about all of this. Since it doesn't occur on their turf and nobody they know is coming home in body bags, somehow it is not their responsibility. At the same time, the same people in the streets of the United States have placards questioning, "arc you listening", regarding the deliberations against the moral conduct of the president. People seem to forget that less than half of them took the time to vote in the last Presidential election. Is it any wonder legislators and military aren't listening to them.
