Pair fined for fishing illegally CLARINGTON - Two men were recently fined more than $6,000 for fishing illegally in Bowmanville Creek. During a district-wide enforcement blitz by local Ministry of Natural Resources Resources officers, two men were charged for salmon fishing using a gaff.
