The viewing platform over looks Lake Ontario, the Newcastle Marsh and Wilmot Creek. As part of the celebrations, a hike down to the viewing platform will take place. Following the opening, bird boxes and bat houses that were built during our Earth Day celebrations, will be placed in new locations throughout the Nature Area.
