U-13 soccer team posts pair of wins in Peterborough PETERBOROUGH - The Darlington Darlington Blue Devils U-13 soccer team, sponsored by Hobb, Bakker, Bergin, Hill Chartered Accountants and Barnaby's Restaurant, participated participated in the Peterborough City Challenge Challenge June 14-15 posting a 2-1 record. In their opening game the Devils fell 4-2 to Whitby. The Blue Devils played an excellent game and midfielders midfielders Taylor Prins, Devon Brown, Andrew Nimtsiv and Michael Johnson Johnson moved the ball around with ease. Nathan Flint and Stephen Jeffers scored the goals. Game two saw Darlington beat Pickering 3-1. Once again Flint opened the scoring early. The Blue Devils went up 3-0 on goals from Nimtsiv and Ryan Heise.
