Individuals with multiple sclerosis, and their family and friends, will enjoy an accessible walking tour of their local community on Sunday, April 18, starting at 9:30 a.m. Participants must check in at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the walk at John M. James P.S., 175 Mearns Ave. in Bowmanville. You can check in ahead of the day of the walk on Saturday, April 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the same location. New Rates for Central Parking Meters in Bowmanville O n Tuesday June 1 st, 2004 the fees for parking in the four municipal parking lots in downtown Bowmanville will be increasing. The rate will change from a flat rate of $2.00 per day to 500 per hour for any periods periods in excess of 2 hours. There is no fee for any vehicle which is parked in the lots for less than 2 hours.
