Game Tended with a score of 5-1 in favour of Clarington on goals by Tyler Ganhao, Reed Bell, Matt France, Brian Bunnett and Stephen Sutherland. Sutherland. Registration will be held on Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the tennis courts at the Clarington Clarington Adult Centre, 26 Beech Ave. in Clarington. Membership starts at $35 for juniors (liiider 17 as of May 1), $65 for single adults, $120 for couples, and $140 for families. Membership includes 10 hours of Introductory Clinics for Juniors Juniors and Adults. The clinics begin on Tuesday, May 11 and run for five consecutive Tuesdays. Tuesdays. There will also be a five-day Junior Tennis Camp from July 5th to July 9th. The morning sessions (9 a.m. to noon) are for ages 8 to 10. Notice to all Bowmanville Water Consumers The Regional Municipality of Durham will be performing preventive maintenance on the Bowmanville Water Supply Elevated Tank. Activities are scheduled to commence on Monday, May 3, 2004. The necessary work is estimated to take approximately nine (9) weeks subject to weather conditions. The contractor's work will include: cleaning, repairing and re-coating. Once work is complete we will disinfect, refill and test the elevated tank prior to reconnecting it to the distribution system. The work is necessary to ensure the integrity of the elevated tank and to maintain the quality of water for our customers. Special efforts are being made to maintain normal water service during this maintenance period, however some customers may experience pressure fluctuations. During this period, all water consumers are asked to practice water conservation measures including no lawn watering. We will advise when normal water use can be resumed.
