The Gaels were firing on all cylinders in the first period, pumping in four goals. Two goals each came from Brody Munro and Connor Keman. The success success of these goals came from accurate passing that started in the Gaels' zone from Cody Lecours and Keenan Cook. A penalty late in the first period allowed the Beaches to capitalize with their first goal.
