Howard grew up in Owen Sound with his many cousins and later moved to Whitby where Jig met his wife, Millie. He built their home where they raised a family and lived for 40 years before moving to their house in Bobcaygeon. Howard and Millie were married on November 18, 1950 at St Mark's United Church where their children were ater baptized and attended Sunday school. Howard enjoyed his time as a Cub Scout Leader for the 4th Whitby A Pack and teaching Sunday school at SI. Mark's. Howard and Millie have wonderfu! memories of their friends in the St Marks Doubles Club. A carpenter by trade, Howie worked for General Motors, Oshawa for 32 years before his retirement. Howard and Millie enoyed many years of boating and celebrating life with fheir friends at Camp Ashtabula on Pigeon Lake Howard was Vice-president of the Carving Club in Holiday, Florida and will be sadly missed by his many friends at Holiday Trailer Park. He was also an award winning member of the Caygeon Carvers m Bobcaygeon. Howard lived life to the fullest and was thankful for many blessings and the times he had with family and friends. Cremation has taken place.
