Stanley Russell Jones was pronounced dead at the Bowmanville Bowmanville Memorial Hospital shortly after the accident at 1:20 p.m. Police report Mr. Jones was attempting to cross Hwy. 115 when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Merrick J.
