Pee Wees play in tournament at Keene On Saturday, December 10 the I.O.O.F. Peewee's travelled to Keene to participate participate in a tournament. • Orono played two games. The first was played against Peterbourgh Battery. This game ended up in a 4-4 tie. Peterborough scored the first four goals of the game. Orono came back from 4-0 and scored four goals in thé latter part of the game. ' Laurens Kaldeway started off Orono's scoring assisted by Darrin Mercer and Troy Young. Then Orono's Trevor Bogdanow scored with an- assist going to Laurens kaldeway. The third Orono goal .was scored by Rob Wagenaar from Terry Eames and Laurens Kaldeway. Oronp tied the game with 3:54 left in the game when Laurens Kaldeway scored again assisted by Troy Young and Trevor Bogdanow. Orono's second game in the tournament was played against the home team, Keene. Keene won this game 3-1, eliminating Orono from the tournament. Orono's lone goal was scored by T.R. Pollitt from Jason Burnham and Andy Rorabeck. On December 24 Orono played Omemee in Omemee. Orono lost this exciting game 7-6. It was an unfor tunate loss due to some late penalties. Scorers for Orono were Laurens Kaldway with three, assists going to Troy Young with two, Trevor Bogdanow and Darrin Mercer. Brent Stapleton with three goals assisted by Rob Nixon, Jason Burnham with three, Laurens Kaldeway and Trevor Bogdanow. Ort December 16 .Orono again played Omemee, this time on home ice. Orono lost this game 7-3. Orono's Brent Stapleton scored two of the goals'assists going to Jason Burnham with two and Stephen Hardy. Orono's third goal was scored by Laurens Kaldeway unassisted.
