Mr. Farrington has put together a photography club. He is teaching the members how to take pictures and how to develop them. Brendenn and I were shown how to develop pictures. It appears to be quite complicated, but after you get used to the smell of the chemicals and equipment, it will probably be a little easier. What we found most interesting was that the negative has to be upside down in order to be printed correctly. After the image has been printed on light sensitive paper, it is placed into a series of Chemicals, developing fluid, stop bath and hypo. The picture is then put in warm water to remove all leftover leftover chemicals. After this, the lights can be put on again. The students are working on a newsletter which will be going home soon.
