10 - Orono Weekly Time?, Wednesday, June 7, 2000 ^ Rev. John Sullivan delivered delivered the Message of Love is in Power this week at Kendal United (Church. It was based on Luke 24: 44-53. When we are looking for Christ and love, we often look any direction direction but the most important one--up! Joy is never in the things w!e possess, but in ideas and spirit. We don't always express God's love. The same love that Jesus showed i.e. relevant relevant to us and the needs of our society. God's LOVE transcends all and cannot be destroyed - it always rises again. - Love is not in the power we have, but in God's power to give love - to one and all. He also gives us forgiveness. forgiveness. Look to Him for help, Love and support. They are all there for the taking. Concerns and Celebrations Please include the following following in your prayers this week, as we will. Echo Savage of Kendal, riding * bareback again, Stephanie Rutherford of Kirby and Renee Marrette of Kendal came in first at 2 hours 21 minutes.
