Whitby made several errors that cost starting Darlington Men's Select Soccer League Whitby Iroquois victorious over Maple Grove This past week saw the start of the Darlington Men's Select Soccer League with the playing for the Clarington Shield. After the qualifying rounds Maple Grove met Scugog Lakers in the one semi-final and Bowmanville met Whitby Iroquois in the other semi-final. Ôrono lost out to Scugog in the last minutes minutes of its game which ended up in a 1-1 tie to put Scugog in the last semi-final berth.
