Orono was well represented by their two Bantam level teams. Orono 2 captured the B championship in a hard fought battle over Burketon in a 3-2 finish. Orono 1, coached by Frank Maitland came away with a 2- 0 victory, winning the A championship over Mills Contracting of Bowmanville. Team goalie, Adam Wood, of Orono 2, was awarded the MVP trophy for the playoff series.
