The support group sessions will run for six weeks from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday evenings starting Oct. 12 until Nov. 16. Sessions will be held at the Health Department Whitby Office, 1615 Dundas St. E., Whitby Mall. Pre-registration Pre-registration is required. A recent Health Canada report shows that women find support groups valuable because they offer opportunities opportunities to hear about the experiences experiences of others, share support and practical solutions, and build support networks.
