The Dunkin Bill Defeated. On Monddy the Dunkin Bill was voted in the village of Richmond, and resulted in .. favor of the liquor sellers by a majority of 14 votes. There was not a very large vote poll- ed. After the close of the poll, there was an oyster supper provided by Messrs. John Horton and John Reilly, which was partaken of bya large number of persons, "he pro- were closed by a torchlight proces- sion which visited the principal hotels.
