A small farmer not far from the ancient . city of Brechin had long been suspected by the gamekeeper on the estate, of which his tarm formed part, of emptying his snares.-- Early ore fine morning the farmer was en- geged in taking outa newly caught hare, when, happening to glance round, he espied the kevper making towards him with all haste.
