Port Perry Old Boys' Reunion, June 3 Agricultural Sy At a meeting of the Directors of the Port Perry, Reach and S¢ugog Agricultural Society, it was decided to hold the Fall Fair on Thursday and Friday, September 24 and 25. this year, and Oshawa and Lindsay it will be necessary to change from the early dates of previous years. Estimates are to be secured as to the cost of erecting a stable about 40 x 80, on the Fair Grounds. It is felt that the first requirement is to make suitable provision for the accommoda- tion of live stock. A tent can be rented for exhibits of fruits, vege: tables, grain, etc. . It is just possible that a very good building may be erected which can be used for main building purposes, but of this nothing definite can be said at the present moment. In the meantime, proper steps will be taken to house exhibits of live stock and poultry, It is likely that the prize list may be revised in the poultry lines; cutting out the rarer breeds and specializing on strains that are largely reared in this locality. But this matter has not been settled as yet. It will receive consideration at an early date.
