U. held a very interesting meeting on Wednesday last at the home of Mrs. Robt. Town, with a good attendance although the weather was not of the best it did not seem to interfere with the spirit of the 'meeting. After the business part of the meeting was disposed of, a very interesting paper on "The Spiritual and Ethical Development of the child" was read by Mrs, F. W. Brock, also an instrumental by Miss Helen Mellow and Mrs. J. E. Jackson. Refreshments were seryed and a col- lection. taken.
