The new electrical manufacturing company which has been secured for Port Perry has shown remarkable progress during the past week, in the re-building of the buildings purchased by them. Many of our townspeople are already benefitting by the work supplied and good wages are being paid for labour. The Company have already more orders than they can possibly fill at their present plant and it is their in- tention of getting in operation in Port Perry as quickly as the balance of the financial support is forth com- ing. It should offer a good invest- ment to the local citizens and every- one should show that they appreciate industries in Port Perry by investing in something at home which looks good. tier (mens CHURCH OF THE ASCENSION Capt.
